Registration
The conference has two parts; the actual conference on 18 and 19 September and workshops and meetings on 16 and 17 September.
You can register seperately for
- the conference on 18 and 19 September
- one or more workshops /meetings on 16 or 17 September.
- the social diner in the picturesque city of Maastricht
- membership of EATEL
For every day you register you will have access to the dedicated conference rooms and the internet café. Coffee & tea breaks and lunch are included in the fee.
Prices
Conference (18 and 19 September)
normal fee from 1-7 until 12-9: €500,-
last minute (and on site) from 13-9: €600,-
normal fee student from 1-7 until 12-9: €250,-
last minute (and on site)student from 13-9: €300,-
If you register as a student, you should be able to show the organisation a student pass/university card when you arrive at the conference.
Please note that if you cancel before 1 September 2008, a cancellation fee of €50,- will be charged. After 1 September no refunds will be made.
Workshops and meetings (16 and 17 September)
All full day and half day workshops and meetings cost €100,- per person. The workshops are public, you can register for them below.
You cannot register for closed meetings taking place during the ECTEL, their organizers will invite participants themselves.

Hotel Accomodation
Please, make sure to arrange your Hotel accomodation as soon as possible, as September is a busy month in Maastricht. You can book here.
